Toby Fox
Toby F. Fox, también llamado Radiation y FwugRadiation, es un desarrollador de videojuegos independiente y un compositor de música, nacido el 11 de octubre de 1991. Es creador del videojuego Undertale, donde 3 años tras su salida, lanzaría Deltarune.
Radiation anteriormente comenzó como un miembro de un foro para fans de EarthBound y Starmen.net. Luego, con el nickname de "Radiation" fue el administrador del foro PK Hack hasta 2011. La primera vez que entró en el ojo público, era por su "EarthBound Halloween Hack" (Hack de Halloween de EarthBound), también conocido como "¡Pulsa el botón B!" que fue una presentación para Starmen.Net por 2008. Fox salió adelante para producir música en el webcomic Homestuck, Undertale y por último, Deltarune.
Toby dijo que estuvo trabajando en Deltarune al mismo tiempo que Undertale. También mencionó haber estado despertandose por las noches pensando en las escenas del juego.
Deltarune apareció por sorpresa cuando al parecer el twitter de Undertale fue "hackeado", dejando una serie de tweets donde enseñan la página web del juego. Tras 24 horas de espera, Deltarune fue lanzado el 31 de octubre de 2018.
Ha dicho que el desarrollo de Deltarune es bastante demorado porque, en sus palabras, "Deltarune es el tipo de juego que normalmente tendría a varios diseñadores trabajando en cada aspecto del juego: un escritor, un compositor, un director de audio, un diseñador de mapas, un diseñador de batallas, un diseñador de minijuegos, y un director general", pero que, en un principio, todos esos papeles los ocupaba él.
Sin embargo, después de publicar el Capítulo 2 del juego en septiembre de 2021, en su actualización de estado en la página oficial del juego, dijo que Deltarune ya no es un proyecto en el que trabaja solo, que muchas cosas cambiaron, y que muchas personas más fueron contratadas. Dijo en esta actualización que ha hecho todo lo posible para que su equipo conozca su visión.
- Toby dice que puede llegar a tardar 7 años máximo en desarrollar todos los capítulos de Deltarune.

- Toby tiene un Pomerania blanco como mascota, señalando que fue inspirado en él para crear a Annoying Dog.
- Un hecho curioso, ya que Annoying Dog representa al mismo Toby.
- En su hack de EarthBound, puede encontrase como jefes a fotografías de partes de hombres (músculos y entrepierna), lo cual hizo que muchos pensaran que Toby era bi o hasta gay. Aún así, esto puede ser porque el Dr. Andonuts probablemente sea gay (al igual que un niño del orfanato, Tony).
- Toby Fox participó en el evento 'Earthbound Bash' del 2015, en el cual presentó información sobre Undertale antes de su lanzamiento inicial.
- En este, él menciona como surgió su transformación a 'Annoying Dog', el cual, sucedió a causa de un ataque de un perrito mientras paseaba.
